Do you offer bulk discounts on any products ?
 
We have a Wholesale discount page where items can be bought in bulk at greatly reduced prices, we also have many special offers scattered about the website.
 
Further discounts are available for anyone buying 3 items or more, all you have to do is ask!  please contact us by filing in the form on our Ask an engineer page with details of your requirements and we will send a revised discounted invoice to your email address, if you decide we have offered a good price all you need to do is follow the links in the email and pay for your goods.
 
If you decide the price isnt good enough, no hard feelings simply ditch the email.
 
I cannot find what I am looking for, do you have any other keys available ?
 
Yes we keep around 50,000 key blanks in stock all the time, we have the facility to order many more than this - If you wish us to look into sourcing a specific product please Ask An Engineer.
 
How long will my order take to come ?
 
We post from the U.K. therefore the following will apply.
U.K. Postage = Usually 1-3 Working days but could be up to 10 working days
Worldwide Postage = Usually 7-21 Days to clear customs but could be up to 30 days
Please be aware that there may be delays over bank holidays, weekends, postal strikes, and busy postal times such as Christmas. (WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS IN THE POST)
We prefer to use 1st class royal mail for U.K. customers or for international customers standard airmail, however any order that comes to a value of £14.99 or more will be sent out with full tracking number and fully insured.
 
What are your postage charges ?
 
Orders from £0.01 to £9.99 = Postage and Packing charged at £1.99
Orders from £10 to £24.99 = Postage and Packing charged at £2.95
Orders from £25 to £75.00 = Postage and Packing charged at £5.99
Orders from £75 upwards = Postage and Packing charged at £14.99
 
How do I pay for items on your website?
 
There are no long forms to fill out on our website, you do not need to register an account
Simply click any button that says "Add to Cart" you will be directed to a page where you can update the quantity of items you are buying, continue shopping which brings you back to our website or click "Checkout"......... you then have a choice, either enter your card details on the left hand side (we accept all debit and credit cards, or pay with your paypal account by signing into your account on the right hand side.
If you wish to pay via card over the phone please ring our retail shop on 01709 578110.
 
How do I pay with Cheques or Postal Orders ?
 
We will accept checks and postal orders for all of our products but only from U.K. customers, if you wish to pay for any items this way all you have to do is ring 01709 578110 where we will talk you through your order.Or simply make your cheques and postal orders payable to "Mr keys" and post your payment along with details of your order to Mr Keys, 136a Doncaster road, Mexborough, South Yorkshire, S64 0JW. Please do not forget to add the correct postage charge, details of which are on this and every other page on our website.
 
If you are not too sure about how much money to send just Ask An Engineer with the details of all the products you require and we will reply with a quote.......you can then send us your payment and return address so we can process your order.Goods are only sent once payments have cleared.
 
My key does not work, what do I do ?
 
1st Do not force the key - this can only cause stress to the lock and or key and may enhance the problem.
2nd Never try and alter any of our products because you "think you can make it work" altering any of our products yourself will render null and void any refund you might wish to claim. 
The correct course of action is to email us immediately at specialorders@onlinekeycutting.com we may be able to solve the problem without the need for returning the item.We are a friendly group of people and pride ourselves on keeping the very best levels of customer service that we feel are unrivalled in this industry.
 
How do I return goods for a refund ?
Special orders and keys cut to code cannot be returned. See refund policy for more details.
All other items can be returned in accordance with u.k. law within 14 days of purchase, you must Contact us firstand wait for a reply then send any products to "Mr Keys, 136a Doncaster road, Mexborough, South Yorkshire, S64 0JW"
