Refund & Cancellation Policy
Where possible we will refund via the same method that you originally chose to pay with. This means if you paid by credit or debit card, then your refund will be placed back to that same card. If you have a paypal account and the funds came direct from there then obviously we would refund your monies back to that account.
Any U.K. cheque refunds are sent out by 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, so please remember someone will need to sign for the letter. You should allow around 3 Working days for delivery after the refund has been agreed.
Any Worldwide refunds are sent out by Royal Mail Internationally Signed For. You should allow up to 28 days for delivery due to the letter being handled by several postal companies.
Special orders and keys cut to code cannot be returned or orders cancelled under any circumstances. We cut the keys using the information you give us and cannot be responsible for non-working keys due to incorrect information, faulty, non operating, or worn locks.We use the latest in computer key cutting technology and are members of the master locksmiths association.
Transponder keys like all of our products can only be returned if they are still uncut and in a new and saleable condition, we are not responsible for any less than competant key cutter or programmer you take any of our products to. You should check before buying our products that there is a competant key cutter/programmer in your local area that can complete the duplication of your key with our product - remember we are only the supplier.
We accept returns for all other keys and products sold on our website within 14 days of purchase, all items must be returned at the customers own cost in a new and salable condition. All refunds exclude all postage costs
Refunds will be given when the goods have been received back in our care in a new and salable condition and we are happy no "alterations" have been made.
We do not charge a re-stocking fee, lots of companies that sell over the internet these days will charge a re-stocking fee for any item returned up to 30% this we feel is not only inappropriate but also dishonest and designed purely to "rip you off" keeping this in mind we pledge never to charge any re-stocking fee on any returned items.
If we supplied you with a faulty product:
Please return the item in question, we will be happy to replace the item immediately if no replacement is available we will simply process a full refund instead.
Any goods that you experience a fault with after 30 days of purchase should be returned to the manufacturer and not us (the supplier)
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for orders placed via the internet. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification such as keys cut to code and excludes postage costs.
To cancel your order you can email us within 14 days of receiving your items quoting your order number. Of course this excludes keys cut to code which cannot be returned/cancelled.
